Although this was a small sale of vacant land, at no time did I feel it was a waste of time. Other agents had suggested it could take a long time to sale, and were not really interested. Dallas right away got the process moving, including finding the lot on his own, checking with the township for info, installing signs and posting video, resulting in a quick sale.
