From the first meeting with Dallas and when he arranged the advertising picture-taking session with Tricia and other sales associates along with the photographer, we have enjoyed all of their professionalism and thoroughness in placing our home on the market.

Tricia Kent was truly great to work with during this process. She went over and above what was expected of a realtor and made us feel as though we made the right decision in purchasing our home. She was attentive to our needs and wants, showing us properties that made sense to us. She also saw to it that we were happy with our home and that it was satisfactory to us after we’d moved in and has continued to be in touch with us to make sure we are happy and comfortable in our new home. Although this was a small sale of vacant land, at no time did I feel it was a waste of time. Other agents had suggested it could take a long time to sale, and were not really interested. Dallas right away got the process moving, including finding the lot on his own, checking with the township for info, installing signs and posting video, resulting in a quick sale.

I think this says it all – we would have sought Dallas out regardless of which brokerage he works for as we have worked with him previously and we also are aware of his reputation in the area. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so. He is well informed about the area, and processes, as well as connected to other realtors (our Saskatoon realtor for example), fair minded and even tempered. Our home sold much more quickly than we expected and in a much shorter time frame than we have ever heard of in our area.
